Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Property Asset Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of condominiums and buildings, ensuring efficient operations and providing exceptional service to residents.
About the Role
As a Property Asset Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized condominiums and buildings, working closely with Management Councils and Owner Developers to ensure effective management of common areas and facilities. You will source and obtain quotations for contractor services, secure council approval as required, and address resident feedback and requests promptly.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of condominiums and buildings, ensuring efficient operations and providing exceptional service to residents.
  • Oversee team members' performance and ensure they deliver services effectively.
  • Work closely with Management Councils and Owner Developers to ensure effective management of common areas and facilities.
  • SOURCE AND OBTAIN QUOTATIONS FOR CONTRACTOR SERVICES, SECURING COUNCIL APPROVAL AS REQUIRED.
  • ADDRESS RESIDENT FEEDBACK AND REQUESTS PROMPTLY.
  • ENSURE MCST COMPLIANCE WITH THE BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND STRATA MANAGEMENT ACT (BMSMA).
  • ENFORCE BUILDING REGULATIONS AND BY-LAWS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE AMONG OCCUPANTS, VISITORS, AND CONTRACTORS.
Requirements
  • MINIMUM 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY OR ESTATE MANAGEMENT, PREFERABLY IN MCST MANAGEMENT.
  • DIPLoma/Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). O-Level candidates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and property management software.
