Company Overview

One Heart Cleaning is a Social Enterprise in Singapore that provides quality cleaning services while empowering vulnerable individuals and/or beneficeries, through inclusive and meaningful employment. Our mission is to be a force of good, fostering a more inclusive local workforce and shaping cleaning practices for social impact.

Purpose of Role

S/he is a key, dual-focused role responsible for driving people growth and revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution and sustainability of our inclusive employment and training programs. S/he will be one of the key team members, translating our social mission into a compelling business proposition.

Key Responsibilities

1) Business Development and Revenue Growth

  • identify prospect and secure new commercial and corporate clients, leveraging our unique social enterprise model.
  • develop and manage relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • work to expand revenue stream from the team by identifying and approach new clients.
  • Collaborat on marketing and public relations efforts to raise brand awareness and highlight Company's social mission.

2) Inclusive Training and Program Management

  • Lead the implementation and formalization of the Vocational Training Programme (VTP) for new hires.
