Our mission is to be a force of good, fostering a more inclusive local workforce and shaping cleaning practices for social impact.

Purpose of Role

S/he is a key, dual-focused role responsible for driving people growth and revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution and sustainability of our inclusive employment and training programs. S/he will be one of the key team members, translating our social mission into a compelling business proposition.

Key Responsibilities

1) Business Development and Revenue Growth

  • identify prospect and secure new commercial and corporate clients, leveraging our unique social enterprise model.
  • develop and manage relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • work to expand revenue stream from the team by identifying and approach new clients.
  • Collaborat on marketing and public relations efforts to raise brand awareness and highlight Company's social mission.

2) Inclusive Training and Program Management

  • Lead the implementation and formalization of the Vocational Training Programme (VTP) for new hires.
  • overseeing on-job-training (OJT) ensuring effective skill transfer and employee integration.
  • Act as one of the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including Job placement officers (JPOs) and social service agencies, to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates and consistent support.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of, or a passion for, social enterprises and the inclusive employment sector.
  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • experience in program management, training, or related field is a strong plus
  • a compassionate and empathetic approach, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders, including beneficiaries and caregivers.
  • ACLP/ACTA is a bonus
