As we enter a new phase of growth, we're seeking a collaborative and strategic Senior Consultant (Social Impact) to shape and deliver high impact programmes and consulting services that build nonprofit capacity and elevate corporate social impact.

**Responsibilities**

You will play a critical role in building and strengthening TalentTrust’s consulting programmes and services, delivering impact to our stakeholders. Working closely with, and reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will be responsible for:

- Expanding current programme offerings by designing and developing low bono nonprofit consultancy services.
- End-to-end delivery for nonprofit consulting projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to ensure excellence and client satisfaction.
- Work with the Head of Programmes to drive innovation of corporate programmes, with a particular focus on strengthening and scaling social impact advisory and consulting services.
- Assist with the business development of nonprofit and corporate consulting services through high quality proposal writing.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with TalentTrust’s key stakeholders including senior business volunteers, nonprofits, corporates, foundations and government sector partners.
- Contribute to the evaluation of TalentTrust’s impact through the collection of data and conducting follow-up meetings with nonprofits and corporate partners to evaluate programme impact.
- Actively contribute to TalentTrust’s community building and appreciation events with nonprofits and corporate volunteers.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 7 yrs relevant work experience such as consulting and advisory, corporate CSR, corporate sustainability, organisational development.
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to run multiple projects from idea stage through to execution.
- Outstanding relationship management skills with a successful track record building and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Confident communicator able to lead meetings, presentations and manage a room of C-suite business leaders.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a high standard of delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

It would be advantageous in this position to for you to be able to demonstrate the following capabilities:

- Knowledge of and familiarity with Singapore's nonprofit / CSR sector
- Exposure to social impact methodologies
