Job Description
Perform daily maintenance checks on assigned company's vehicle and report any faults discovered.
Perform general sorting and allocation of mails and parcels.
Operate company vehicles to deliver/collect mail items and parcels (ranging from 10-30kg) at/to assigned locations.
Monitor and track the delivery/collection status using in-house application in real-time.
Regularly update delivery/collection progress within the in-house application to ensure accuracy.
Communicate with supervisor, customers, or other stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays.
Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues to supervisor for resolution.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Possess a valid Singapore Driving License.
Familiar with the functions of a smartphone.
Able to speak and write English as the work requires reading English manuals and communicating with customers.
We welcome Singaporean candidates with/without relevant experience as training will be provided.
Additional Information:
5 days of work week.
Monthly Basic Salary + Vehicle Allowance + Annual Wage Supplement + Variable Bonus + Medical coverage for employee & immediate dependents + Flexi Benefit + Operations Incentive (based on monthly KPIs).
Sign-On Bonus $1000 (terms and conditions apply).
