Job Title: Program & Community Manager (Public Sector)

Duration: 9 months

Salary:

Location: Pasir Panjang Rd, Mapletree Business City

Work Timing: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

Eligibility: Only Singaporeans

Key Responsibilities

- Community Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration: Drive AI and data science programs, engage with community members, and build relationships with government agencies, industry experts, and academic partners.

- Program Management: Develop and manage the community engagement plan, plan and run events (e.g., meet-ups, workshops, competitions), and coordinate logistics.

- Task Ideation & Execution: Brainstorm, design, and execute creative tasks and challenges aligned with program goals; communicate objectives clearly to participants.

- Content & Communication: Plan and execute outreach campaigns, manage program collateral, and moderate the community portal for resources and discussions.

- Project Coordination & Reporting: Ensure smooth event planning and execution, manage schedules, deliverables, and deadlines, and report on program outcomes.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in community engagement, program coordination, or event planning; AI, technology, or innovation experience is a plus.

- Strong interest in generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and staying updated on emerging tools and trends.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from various sectors (government, industry, community).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and creative problem-solving skills for executing AI-focused initiatives.
