Partner with various teams to deliver operational and business goals, focusing on timeliness, accuracy, and control of payment services. Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes, and expand Operations capabilities. Handle all audits – internal and external. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and other team members. As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with over 15 years of relevant operational experience. Good understanding of managing large operations teams and complex processes. Meticulous attention to detail and process improvement skills. Strategic thinking and proactive initiative in devising creative solutions. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
