Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment team and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle across global business units.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage interview logistics across multiple time zones and locations.
- Develop and post job descriptions collaboratively with hiring managers and teams.
- Pre-screen resumes and ensure HR forms and documents are properly tracked and filed.
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; HR-related studies are a strong advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven and meticulous with details.
- Experience with Excel and availability for a minimum of 3 months full-time or part-time work.
