IT Infrastructure Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our entire IT infrastructure, including network, servers, cloud, backup, and more.

You will also manage internal IT Infra teams and external vendors, ensuring that SLAs are met and business expectations are managed during critical incident events.

This is a global role with high job stability, offering the opportunity to propose and champion IT Infrastructure initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure
  • Manage internal IT Infra teams and external vendors
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and business needs during critical incidents
  • Manage IT Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes across Asia
  • Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to identify opportunities to improve services

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Systems, or Network. A minimum of 5 years of experience in external vendor management is required. Proven track record in IT Service Management and being the point of escalation for business in critical incident events is also necessary.

Absolutely essential skills include:

  • Experience in IT Infrastructure - Cloud, System, or Network
  • At least 5 years of experience in external vendor management
  • Proven track record in IT Service Management
  • Experience in managing a team
