Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator ">

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the event site is in compliance with established conditions, and any defects are promptly addressed.

  • The Site Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Managing Agent of the venue to rectify any issues that may arise during the site usage.

  • This position requires conducting regular inspections of the site before and after events, documenting any reinstatement required and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

  • A successful candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be independent, observant, and responsible, with the ability to perform operational tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management is preferred.

  • Relevant work experience including building maintenance and inspection is essential.

  • Attainment of relevant certification (e.g. Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert) is desirable.
