Site Manager Position Available

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing event site operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate logistics and manage event site activities.
- Ensuring site safety and security through effective management and coordination.
- Conducting regular inspections and documenting defects or areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with contractors and event partners to set up, tear down, and execute activities on the event site.
- Providing timely updates to stakeholders on site conditions and incidents.
- Monitoring all aspects of event site operations, including setup, teardown, and activities, to ensure venue safety and minimize damages.
- Reporting incidents promptly and submitting incident reports within 24 hours.
- Offering logistical and operational support during rehearsals, technical runs, and actual show days.
- Assisting in overseeing the setup and teardown of all logistics items, including tentage and gallery stands.
- Coordinating with cleaning contractors to ensure debris or waste is cleared from the site daily.
- Supervising rectification works by contractors and ensuring satisfactory completion of site matters.
