**Job Title:** Leading Construction Site Manager Wanted

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Coordinate and supervise Chinese, Indian & Bangladeshi site workers and subcontractors.
  • Apply structure construction skills, rebar work skill or formwork skill as a rebar supervisor or formwork supervisor.
  • Maintain an accurate site schedule to ensure works are completed on time.
  • Analyze architectural and structural drawings, calculating site materials accurately.
  • Liaise with the Quality Supervisor (QS) to monitor work schedules and claim or variations orders (VOs).
  • Manage site issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Report to the Project Manager on site matters and progress of work.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Comply with safe work procedures at all times.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a supervisor in structure construction is required.
  • Excellent communicative skills, able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possess Certificates of Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course and Formwork Safety Course for Supervisors.
  • Ability to speak and write Chinese fluently.
