Seasoning Technician - Your future position?
In this exciting role as Seasoning Technician, you will support the Creation & Application team in relevant areas such as:
Act as the main point of contact to provide timely seasoning samples for other labs and functions within Givaudan
Maintain all required formula records and brief documentation in company database software (Athena, Atlas, Lot Number records, etc.)
Maintain organized and updated stock of raw materials in the laboratory
Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment in accordance with EH&S policies and good laboratory practices
Participate in the evaluation of seasonings in food products and provide seasoning performance feedback

Technical Competencies
Expert understanding of research documentation protocol
Expert knowledge of lab equipment and handling chemicals used to perform lab functions
Complete knowledge of Givaudan safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines/requirements
Demonstrates tasting skills and is able to effectively describe the flavour profile of a seasoning or ingredient
Ability to participate in meetings during customer visits

Primary Qualifications
Polytechnic or Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology
