Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of various sites assigned. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operational requirements are met, and that the company's projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on their requirements.
  • Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure that the company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects.
  • Rostering of monthly schedules to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any.
  • Rectify on-site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback.
  • Reporting of daily attendance to head office and submit timesheets in proper order.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects.
  • Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hand-on in event of no coverage.
  • Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative.
  • Candidate shall possess a Class 3 license.
  • Candidate shall respond to any business or project assignment regardless of time in event of need.
