- To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Ensure that all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements
- Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
- To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiences in Structural Steel will be advantageous.
- ** Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate** is mandatory.
- ** Core-trade Supervisor and/or Pavement Certificate will be an added advantage.**:
- Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English. Responsible for implementation of work on-site and all other related matters.
- Organised, meticulous, responsible individual with positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills
