Regional HR Advisor - Global Professional Services Firm Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm to appoint a capable and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join their Singapore office. This is a valuable opportunity to be part of a collaborative and high-performing HR team within a firm that prioritises excellence, integrity, and employee experience. This individual will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, HR operations, and policy implementation. The role offers a balanced mix of operational execution and strategic exposure, with opportunities to contribute to regional HR projects and process improvements. In addition to core responsibilities, this role offers exposure to business partnering, providing the opportunity to work closely with senior HRBPs and gain insight into strategic people initiatives across the region. The successful candidate will be a dependable and proactive HR professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality HR service. Experience in professional services or multinational environments is preferred. Proficiency in HR systems and Excel is essential.
