As a skilled Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) project orders from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cost control and financial management, ensuring timely delivery of commitments, costs, revenue, and invoices.
  • Project coordination, including attending customer meetings, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, providing solutions, and planning work schedules for projects under your responsibility.
  • Tracking and reporting project progress to customers and management in a timely manner, covering submittals/approvals, costs, schedules, manpower, procurements, and quality issues.
  • Site status monitoring and reporting, encompassing installation progress, quality compliance, manpower status, and other relevant details.
  • Assisting with EPMS engineering document updates, particularly on design changes like drawings, IO schedules, bill of materials, specifications, operation, and maintenance manuals.
  • Taking initiative and ownership to develop knowledge areas related to project management, communication skills, Schneider Electric EPMS systems, and offers like Eco structure Power Automation Systems (EPAS), Power SCADA Operations (PSO), and Power Monitoring Expert (PME).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in managing electrical SCADA and package projects.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of commercial and legal implications of contracts.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills, including cash flow management.
  • Good knowledge of contract law, trade documents, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in electrical distribution systems and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
