Electrical Power Systems Leader
As a highly skilled Electrical Power Systems Leader , you will drive the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems with a focus on power generation, distribution, and control. This pivotal role requires technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of high-impact projects.
### Responsibilities ###
  • Provide technical vision and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives continuous improvement initiatives, identifies opportunities for efficiency gains and process enhancements.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical systems, ensuring seamless integration of electrical components with mechanical and software systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the selection of components, wiring, and connectors for electrical and power systems, considering factors such as performance, cost, and sustainability.
  • Oversee the analysis and testing of complex power systems and electrical components, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency. Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Take ownership of the full power system and electrical design process from concept to production, providing technical support during manufacturing and testing.
### Qualifications ###
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in robotics power systems and electrical engineering.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Expertise in electrical design tools (e.g., SOLIDWORKS Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical).
  • Strong understanding of robotics power electronics, circuit theory, and energy management.
  • Experience in robotics, automotive, or commercial products.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and emerging trends in robotics power systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
