Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Scalability Lead to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strong leader with minimum 3+ years of experience in leading teams, goal-setting, and project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of individual ownership, problem-solving, and driving team results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bridge product and operations by understanding what helps scale operational teams;
  • Lead and build a high-functioning team of Payments Operations Product Specialists;
  • Nurture and develop the team by providing hands-on guidance in scoping and executing project initiatives;
  • Set strategic direction and develop frameworks to ensure Product Specialists focus on delivering impactful initiatives;
  • Take ownership of driving strategic plans within the domain and accountability in their delivery;
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to manage operational impact and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Seasoned leader with minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role;
  • Proven track record of goal-setting and driving team results;
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of individual ownership, problem-solving, and project execution;
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of overseeing all phases of project delivery;
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to set targets, drive analysis, and define KPIs;
  • Exceptional communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills;
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, ambiguous environment;
  • Passionate about customer experience, technology, leading people, and building teams;
