Job Summary:

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the strategic direction of Payment Operations Product Scalability.

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive operational scalability, set strategic direction, and build high-functioning teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of goal-setting and driving team results, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for Payment Operations Product Scalability, including defining KPIs and frameworks to measure operational scalability.

They will also lead and nurture a group of Product Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and product-mindedness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational scalability through process optimization and automation.
  • Set strategic direction and define KPIs and frameworks to measure operational scalability.
  • Lead and nurture a group of Product Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and product-mindedness.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver compliant, high-quality, and cost-scaling operations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or eliminate customer friction and operational inefficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in Payments Operations or Product Management.
  • Proven track record of goal-setting and driving team results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee all phases of project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate across different cultures.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to set targets, drive analysis, and define KPIs.
  • A hands-on leadership style, dedicated to developing and empowering teams, improving procedures and processes, and building strong relationships.

Nice to Have:

  • Product Operations or Product Management experience.
  • Experience in the payments industry.
  • PMP - Project Management Certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma.
  • Basic SQL.
