The Payment Operations team is responsible for seamless transactions across borders. We are seeking a Senior Lead to join our team and drive operational scalability in the APAC region.
In this role, you will collaborate with Product and internal teams to deliver compliant, high-quality operations that minimize customer friction and reduce manual touchpoints.
Your Mission:- Bridge product and operations by adopting a strong product mindset;
- Lead and build a team of Payments Operations Product Specialists;
- Nurture your team with hands-on guidance on project initiatives of varying complexities;
- Develop KPIs and frameworks to ensure team focus on impactful initiatives aligned with Product teams;
- Set strategic direction and shape the future of Payment Operations Product Scalability;
- Drive strategic plans within your domain, taking ownership and accountability in delivery;
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience through driving operational scalability;
- Influence product roadmaps to prioritize consideration and action on improvement opportunities;
- Identify opportunities to automate customer processes, reducing inefficiencies and translating them into impactful initiatives;

- Seasoned leader with at least 3 years of experience in leadership roles;
- Proven track record of goal-setting and driving team results;
- Self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills and ability to execute projects;
- Strong project management skills, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams to move impactful initiatives;
- Results-driven mindset with ability to set targets, drive analysis, and define KPIs;
- Effective communicator with excellent English skills and adaptable to a dynamic work environment;
- Flexible schedule and occasional travel may be required.
- Product Operations or Product Management experience;
- Background in the payments industry;
- PMP Certification;
- Lean Six Sigma; or
- Basic SQL knowledge.
