Senior Product Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Lead to helm Regional Product Scalability in the APAC region, driving operational efficiency and strategic growth.

This role demands strong leadership, with an emphasis on developing high-performing teams, introducing KPIs to measure operational scalability, and establishing frameworks to ensure delivery of impactful initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of product operations, be able to bridge product and operations teams, and foster collaboration among team members.

  • Bridge product and operations, leveraging a strong product mindset to drive operational scalability;
  • Lead and build a high-functioning team of Payments Operations Product Specialists;
  • Nurture and develop your team through hands-on guidance in scoping and executing project initiatives of varying complexities;
  • Establish KPIs and frameworks to ensure Product Specialists focus on delivering the most impactful initiatives in alignment with Product teams;
  • Set strategic direction and develop the future of Payment Operations Product Scalability;
