Regional Product Scalability Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive operational scalability for our Regional Products, focusing on the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset, excellent leadership skills, and experience in driving team results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic direction and develop the future of Payment Operations Product Scalability;
- Lead and build a high-functioning team of Payments Operations Product Specialists;
- Nurture and develop your team by providing hands-on guidance in the scoping and execution of project initiatives of various complexities;
Requirements:
- Seasoned leader with minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role;
- Proven track record of goal-setting and driving team results;
- Strong project management skills with a track record of overseeing all phases of project delivery and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Has worked directly with Product and Engineering teams to move impactful initiatives;
