Project Manager (ITPMS) at Jurong East/ LTA site (multiple locations), Up to $10,000Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd – Jurong Town 1-year contract (renewable & convertible) Up to $10,000 Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 6pm (44-hour work week) Jurong East/ LTA site (multiple locations) Responsibilities: The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of KPE-MCE Integrated Traffic and Plant Management System (ITPMS) for the Land Transport Authority (LTA). This includes planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, system integration, testing, and commissioning. The role requires close collaboration with LTA representatives, internal engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, timelines, and compliance standards Coordinate across internal teams, external stakeholders, and other third-party vendors Oversee project planning and execution, including budgeting, hiring, partner sourcing, and management of vendors and contractors Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risk, and quality control activities Ensure robust documentation, change management, and configuration control throughout the project lifecycle Lead progress reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance reviews Drive issue resolution and proactively mitigate risks across technical and operational domains Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., Company standards, Contract specifications, cybersecurity requirements, operational safety standards)Accountable for smooth planning, execution & timely delivery of projects and on all project aspects of design, development, delivery, installation, integration testing, implementation and maintenance Duration: 1-year contract (renewable & convertible depending on performance)Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 6pm (44-hour work week)Salary: Up to $10,000Location: Jurong East/ LTA site (multiple locations)Requirements: Possess strong project management and leadership abilities, good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline Project Management Professional Certification Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in large scale systems projects Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder systems integration projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Sound understanding of technical documentation and systems architecture Have managed at least one implementation using Agile project management methodology. Good problem-solving skills with attention to technical and contractual details. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
