Job Overview

The Senior Producer is a pivotal figure in the Events & Experiences team. This position involves planning, executing, and delivering high-profile events, encompassing live, hybrid, and virtual formats.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Management:

    • Evaluate client needs by understanding their business goals and event objectives.
    • Deliver exceptional service to clients through meticulous project management.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during event planning and execution.
    • Foster effective client relationships by anticipating requirements and ensuring timely responses.

  • Event Production & Project Management:

    • Lead the planning and execution of multiple key events for diverse clients, ensuring exceptional service and project management.
    • Oversee events from initial creative concept through final reconciliation, including budget management, site selection, venue coordination, registration, transportation, food & beverage, branding, staffing, technical oversight, logistics, health & safety, scenic and set design, and presentation development.

  • Financial & Vendor Management:

    • Manage the fiscal success of assigned programs and accounts, including budgeting and reconciliation of events.
    • Negotiate and review supplier contracts and addendums for accuracy, ensuring proper onboarding in line with agency processes.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Evaluate service level agreements (SLAs) throughout the event planning process.
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and creative problem-solving support to team members.

  • Industry Engagement & Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed on best practices, new suppliers, services, and venues, sharing insights with the team.
    • Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to improve event execution and client experience.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years' event management experience, preferably in an agency environment, and advanced project management skills, including budget creation, management, and reconciliation.
