HR & Admin Executive

Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientation is scheduled.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Address and mediate employee relations issues, and escalate to management when necessary.
Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Provide support for annual salary reviews and performance appraisals.
Compliance
Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
Manage the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure they are up to date.
Performance Management
Support the implementation and maintenance of performance review processes.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee performance issues.
HR Administration
Manage employee documentation, including contracts, personal information, and attendance records.
Oversee employee leave management, including annual leave, medical leave, and other forms of leave.
HR Projects
Participate in HR-related projects, such as policy development, employee engagement programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
HR Reporting and Analytics
Generate HR metrics and reports to support management in decision-making.
Analyze employee data for trends related to turnover, engagement, and performance.
