We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.**Sales Support**· Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.· Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.· Liaise with suppliers and vendors for product information, pricing, and lead times.· Support sales representatives with documentation, scheduling, and customer updates.· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders in CRM or ERP system.**Order Processing & Administration**· Process purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery notes accurately.· Track and update order status for internal teams and customers.· Maintain filing and documentation for audits and compliance.Customer Service· Act as the first point of contact for customers on routine enquiries and order status.· Provide after-sales support including warranty, service, and spare parts coordination.· Address customer issues promptly, escalating to sales/management where necessary.**Administrative Support**· Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.· Perform general office administration duties as required.· Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.· Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.· Liaise with suppliers and vendors for product information, pricing, and lead times.· Support sales representatives with documentation, scheduling, and customer updates.· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders in CRM or ERP system.· Liaison with customers, headquarters, factories, sales team, GC team to obtain sufficient information to enable completion of a compliant quotation and therefore to maximize opportunities to receive an order within the current market guidelines.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
