Responsibilities Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments Qualifications Possess at least a Diploma in Electronic Engineering/ Audio Visual At least 1 years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record Able to speak Chinese to liaise and communicate with Mandarin speaker stakeholder We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
