- Daily Interactions
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients and suppliers, ensuring timely responses to queries and concerns.
- Price List and Quotations
- Create and update price lists for materials and services offered by the organization.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers for specific materials and services required.
- Financial Transactions and Record-Keeping
- Accurately record and file all cash transactions, including income and expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of credit and debt, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and suppliers as needed.
- Purchase Orders and Expense Requests
- Process purchase orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Facilitate the processing of expense requests, submitting them to the accountant for approval.
- Liaison and Documentation
- Maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Update and maintain procedural documentation, ensuring all processes are well-documented and easily accessible.
