Job Summary:

As a Procurement and Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's administrative and procurement functions. Your responsibilities will include managing requisitions from project teams, processing purchase orders within set timeframes, and guaranteeing timely delivery of materials. You will also be responsible for matching supplier invoices with supporting documents, maintaining accurate records of delivery orders, and overseeing payroll management for workers. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and handling phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all Requisitions from project teams and process POs within stipulated timelines
  • Ensure prompt delivery of materials
  • Maintain and follow up on delivery order, purchase order, equipment record, and other related matters
  • Manage monthly payroll of workers'
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, filing, etc.


Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma or higher qualification with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a construction industry setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
