Job Description: The Executive / Senior Executive, People Partner provides HR consulting and operations support to the Group, serving as part of a shared function for multiple business units.
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, the role focuses on facilitating Human Capital initiatives and execution at a Group level.
The individual in this role partners with various stakeholders crossfunctionally and collaborates with line managers.
He/ She understands business requirements, influencing line managers to facilitate effective onboarding, guiding learning programs, managing talent identification, advising on monetary & non-monetary benefits, and addressing employee issues.
He/ She is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
He/ she aligns with stakeholders, adopts a service excellence mindset, handles candidate screening and onboarding.
The ideal incumbent ensures the engagement of the workforce by executing employee engagement activities, and working with a proactive, team-oriented, and technology-adaptable approach.
Duties & Responsibilities Talent Attraction & Employee Experience: Deliver the full spectrumof onboarding and offboarding.
Develop hiring collaterals based on organisation's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, shortlist and acquire suitable candidates.
Guide hiring managers in selection of candidates with right competencies, experience and culture fit through effective screening and assessment processes.
Employee Compensation & Benefits: Process payroll and benefits claims.
Support in HR Rewards related projects such as salary & benefits benchmarking.
Prepare yearly salary and bonus related initiatives and schemes.
Maintain historical and current employee data in HR for HR Data Analytics.
Prepare and facilitate the mandated government surveys under the Statistics Act (e.g.
Labour Market Surveys etc).
Apply data governance concepts and principles to identify, collect and prepare data for analytics and HR metrics benchmarking.
Talent Engagement: Support in developing, proposing and implementing regular talent engagement activities under initiative.
Facilitate employee feedbacks and employee engagement survey.
Analyse employee engagement data to identify trends and patterns.
Outreach & Engagement Programs: Support in developing and executing outreach programs with tertiary institutions, coordinating campus recruitment activities like career fairs, internships, and networking events under initiative.
Establish partnerships for student internships and apprenticeships, delivering presentations and workshops to engage students and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Identify and nurture potential talent to build a strong candidate pipeline, aligning recruitment strategies with company hiring needs.
Collaborate on employer branding efforts, creating and distributing content that highlights the company’s culture and opportunities.
Support educational and career events, such as planning, budgeting, and logistics of outreach programs.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
Learning & Organisation Development Co-create and implement L&OD projects which includes wide-level change management activities under initiative.
Curate L&D programmes to equip employees with the right competencies and prepare them well for current and future work they are assigned to perform and create a culture of lifelong learning.
Support the execution of L&D programmes through sourcing, tracking of registrations, attendance and coordination of logistics required.
Generate L&D effectiveness reports to derive first-level insights on learner engagement, learning effectiveness, improvement areas and the ROI of L&D programmes.
Employee Relationships and Communication: Develop communication material/ information kits for the HR programmes/ activities to convey desired messages clearly and effectively to the targeted audience.
Adapt and tailor different styles and preferences when communicating to different audiences or stakeholder groups.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Advanced certifications in HR will be a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS or similar HR management systems is highly desirable.
Entry-level candidates with relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Prior internships or coursework in HR-related areas will be advantageous.
