As a Technical Solutions Specialist for Volume Graphics (VG) Singapore, you independently support our customers in using our software applications that require explanation. You develop solutions for demanding, technically in-depth tasks, on your own or together with the customer, even far away from standard procedures. You research technical issues and analyze the functionality of our applications in detail. You communicate the solutions and your results to the customers. As a trainer, you conduct comprehensive customer training for our applications, both in-person and online. You implement individual workshops and conduct training at the customer's site. You create training material and training videos for the e-learning trainings and adapt and update it, together with the VG academy team. You are known for a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing user experience through deep technical knowledge and customer-centric service. Roles and Responsibilities: Independent 1st and partially 2nd level support for the customers of VG Singapore. Analyze and solve challenging tasks/requests in our applications Research on technical issues. Complete solutions Communication with our customers Conduct customer training courses for our software products that require explanation, digitally and in person, also at the customer’s site. Creation, continuous adaptation and updating of training materials and training videos, together with the VG Academy team. Implementation of individual training courses and workshops Development of solutions for customers in individual workshops Performs other duties as may be assigned Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in engineering and/or science (e.g. computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, engineering, mathematics, natural science etc.) from a recognized University or Institution or comparable qualifications. Job Profile: Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in software development and/or engineering. You are highly self-motivated and demonstrate a dependable, committed work ethic. You present yourself confidently and authentically in customer-facing situations. You possess excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You have good command of English language - both written and spoken Prior experience in training, education, or delivering technical content is a plus. You are a strong communicator and team player who values collaboration and knowledge-sharing. You have a strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset. Creativity and adaptability complement your ability to work independently. Familiarity with video editing tools is an added advantage.
