Singapore MHA - Singapore Police Force (SPF) Full time

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Service Ambassador at our Neighbourhood Police Centres (NPCs). NPCs are key community touchpoints where Police services are available to members of the public. As a Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in facilitating the delivery of professional, courteous, and efficient service to all visitors, while upholding the values of integrity, respect, and care. You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme. Responsibilities We are hiring three Service Ambassadors to support frontline operations at NPCs: two positions at Sengkang NPC (SK NPC) and one position at Ang Mo Kio North NPC (AN NPC). Two positions at SK NPC will operate on a rotating shift system. Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday — 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday — 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Officers will alternate between Week 1 and Week 2 schedules. One position at AN NPC will work on a fixed schedule: Monday to Friday — 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Key Responsibilities: Visitor Management — Welcome and greet visitors professionally; Listen attentively to understand visitors\' needs; Guide visitors to appropriate services or departments; Manage visitor flow and queues effectively. Digital Service Support — Assist visitors with self-service kiosks; Guide visitors through online reporting processes; Provide step-by-step assistance for digital services. Service Advisory — Provide accurate information about police services and procedures; Answer general enquiries professionally; Escalate complex cases to supervisors; Handle basic complaints with tact and professionalism. Data Protection — Maintain strict confidentiality of information; Handle personal data in accordance with data protection guidelines; Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. Administrative Support — Assist with general administrative duties; Support other counter operations as required; Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of service areas.
