What You’ll Do:
Nexxen is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Supply). You'll be working cross-functionally with various teams to help drive the adoption and usage of the SSP platform. This role is crucial to the success of this fast-growing piece of our business. This role will be based out of Singapore. Please note - We have a hybrid
work model with the expectation of 2 days minimum in the local office
to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:
Recruiting and selling in our solution to the market’s top publishers and broadcasters, helping them maximize revenue and to take control of their advertising business through our platform.
You will assist in controlling the publisher development across SEA canvassing to new publishers, selling the Nexxen’s story across multiple formats such as Display, App, Video and CTV/OTT.
Oversee the onboarding process, including negotiating and managing agreement terms and handling required documentation for seamless integration.
Be an expert in the digital media landscape, understanding the current and future challenges publishers face and creating innovative solutions to help solve them.
Communicate industry expertise and advise clients on new opportunities and how to generate revenue results, on both the agency and publisher side.
What Will I Bring?
Solid understanding of digital advertising, including multiple formats such as display and video.
A skilled negotiator with a keen interest in closing deals and working with publishers.
A sense for closing deals and an inner drive and hustle to open new doors and opportunities.
Analytical, able to solve problems, articulate solutions and analyze and report upon data.
Able to prepare collateral and present value proposition on key publishers for sales teams.
Experience of taking ownership of project management cycle, seeing the work through and communicating directly with a variety of internal and external customers to offer support and solve problems via a variety of mediums (e.g. phone, face to face, email).
Demonstrated ability to explain technical terms to non-technical people.
Energetic with a high level of initiative and motivation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Go-getter attitude, excited about new products and willing to work closely with product teams to identify new solutions for publishers.
