Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore We are seeking an enthusiastic and imaginative Events Content and Experience Manager to join our team in Singapore. As the Events Content and Experience Manager, you will curate contents and design meaningful and engaging events using Kiztopia intellectual property to propose pop-up experiences in venues such as shopping mall atriums, exhibition halls, major attractions, showrooms etc.
This includes content creation, content improvement through researching and maintaining the accuracy of content over time in creating profound happiness for children and families. You will also assume the role of a conservator, registrar and designer for intellectual property belonging to the Company and work closely with Event Operations, Marketing and Communications department, as well as Sales department to pitch, support event set-up, and develop designs and layout, and other audio-visual materials or collaterals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Events Planning & Execution
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive annual event calendar for all required pop-up activations across existing and potential markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and high participation rates from target audience.
  • Coordinate with designers, entertainers, and other partners for event logistics.
  • Analyse event performance and customer feedback to improve future activations.
  • Develop event proposals according to clients' requirements.
  • Develop project budgets for endorsement by different stakeholders.
2. Content Development & Engagement
  • Conceptualize and execute interactive events, workshops, and themed experiences to attract consumers to the venues.
  • Develop immersive fun and/or educational on-site activation to enhance playtime experiences.
  • Work with design and marketing teams to produce branded promotional materials including but not limited to engaging multimedia content (videos, social media posts etc.) to promote events and brand experiences.
  • Research market trends in technology applications to improve productivity and innovation.
  • Develop guidelines on event boundary management and zoning of attractions sites.
3. Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
4. Vendor and Partner Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and talent to secure favorable terms.
5. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years' experience in event planning and management, with a focus on creative and large-scale events.
  2. Experience within the children's entertainment, education, or recreational industry is a bonus.
  3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  4. Creative and resourceful, and able to develop informative content that communicates thematic event details to target audience.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  6. Familiarity with budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.
  7. Knowledge of current trends in the events and entertainment industry.
  8. Serve as a mentor to team members on content and experience development work.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  10. Occasionally work over evenings, weekends and public holidays to support ongoing events.
Qualifications Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Competencies:
  1. Proficiency in event management software, design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
