Oversee procurement processes and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards. Supervise and develop a team of supervisors and logistics support staff. Manage inventory, infrastructure, estate services, and equipment lifecycle. Liaise with RSN leadership, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operational execution. Plan and coordinate logistics support for large-scale events, deployments, and special operations. Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process improvements. Ensure all logistics activities comply with security, safety, and audit requirements. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and logistics systems (e.g., SAP). Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to obtain CAT 2A security clearance. Fully vaccinated and medically fit. Able to support occasional after-hours operations and stay-in requirements when activated. #J-18808-Ljbffr
