Job Description:

  • Procurement Processing – source for few quotes, price and availability of goods and services required by the RSN Units; and put up Purchase Request (PR) using the Authority's IT systems and established processes.
  • Logistics Support – manage the Unit's stores, infrastructure and facilities (including office equipment); and perform transactions for stores' movement, estate management and equipment servicing using the Authority's IT systems and established processes.
  • General Duties – support the Authority or Units' events and activities; such as escorting suppliers within camps, ushering and registering of guests, venue setup and supervision of works by Authority's contractors.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE certification or equivalent and accepted by the Authority;
  • Literacy in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Preferred to have at least three years of working experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management;
  • With knowledge in stock management;
  • With experience in using Procurement IT Systems (e.g. SAP);
