**Project and Business Manager Naval
The Naval Project and Business Manager will ensure the smooth execution of the naval program in the Singapore and Malaysia region. In coordination with the sales department, they will be responsible for supporting the sales process, prospecting, acquiring, and managing clients, while leveraging advanced technical expertise. Additionally, they will provide guidance on our range of solutions within the naval navigation sector.
**Responsibility:
**Manage the contractual relationship with clients**:
- Ensure the follow-up and consideration of contractual requirements.
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables in accordance with the quality policy.Manage risks, budget, and billing
**Manage the technical relationship with clients**:
- Respond to clients' technical requests, relying on internal expertise.
- Oversee internal technical activities to ensure cost, schedule, and client satisfaction requirements are met.Monitor specific developments.
**Ensure and Develop Naval Market**:
- Occasionally participate in responding to tenders for our clients.
- Develop a business plan to target the market.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and sales teams to build strategies for Naval expansion in the region.
- Identify and prospect new markets and growth opportunities, in support of the commercial team.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to promote Exail products and services.Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze market trends in the region to anticipate developments and opportunities.
**Requirement**:
- Electronic Engineering degree.
- Proven experience in Bid or project management Naval defense sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English is essential; knowledge of French languages is a plus.
- Availability for frequent international travel.
