For more information, visit Introduction: This position is for BCD/Analog device design & process development. Solid understanding of BCD device fundamentals is essential. The candidate should take a lead role in design rule definition, test structure design, device development DOE and device characterization. Your Job: Lead BCD/Analog device design & design rule definition efforts with support teams. Process and device tuning DOE design Support customer technical communication. Own design rule & EP documents Co-ordinate SPICE/PDK development with support teams Ensure timely support on customer requests Other Responsibilities: · Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Required Qualifications: Master's degree Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (2 years with PhD) in technology development, device design, debugging and process integration in manufacturing environment. Device physics knowledge is essential Effective communication skills.
