**Job Title:** Guest Experience Associate

The primary goal of this role is to ensure that our casino guests receive the highest level of service and have a memorable experience during their visit. This involves providing personalized support, making introductions to various amenities and promotions, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

  • Conduct guided tours of the casino facilities, highlighting key attractions and amenities.

  • Develop strong relationships with assigned patrons, understanding their preferences and tailoring services to meet their individual needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.

  • Stay up-to-date on current events, promotions, and programs available at the casino, and effectively communicate these to guests.

  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential gaming patrons, introducing them to relevant programs and offerings.

  • Work closely with the Market Development Sales Team to develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining high-value customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 'N' levels, 'O' levels, 'A' levels or Diploma holders.

  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
