Preferred qualifications: Experience engaging C-level executives, with an established network in the industry. Experience with sales success. Experience as a thought leader, with deep understanding of the cloud, Saa S, and productivity/collaboration space. Experience in cloud computing. Experience in leadership, growing and scaling sales organizations. About the job As the Director of Google Workspace APAC, you will scale the Google Workspace Business across APAC. You will be responsible for the success and growth of our fast-growing customer base across our enterprise and corporate business segments, spanning key industries and regions. You will develop and own the Go To Market plan to scale the APAC business, positively impacting key business metrics including Net New Customer Growth, Customer Expansion and Retention, and Customer Reference-ability through excellent customer relationship management, knowledge, teamwork, and programmatic engagement. You will be a thought leader for Google’s innovation in the Collaboration and Productivity space and will leverage your deep knowledge to become a trusted advisor to large and medium sized customers across APAC. Responsibilities Develop and own the GTM strategy for Google Workspace in APAC. Achieve quarterly and annual goals, and develop and own direct and indirect growth strategies. Own C-level relationships with key customers. Manage teams that are focused on C-level engagements coupled with scale and growth opportunities. Attract, hire, and develop top talent to build scale. Create alignment across multiple functions, with Marketing, Customer Engineer Managers, and Partners. Align with Workspace Product Engineering teams.
