About the role
Join our Trade Surveillance team, a crucial part of Revolut's commitment to ensuring the integrity and fairness of financial markets. As a Trade Surveillance Specialist in our Wealth and Trading department, you will play a vital role in protecting investors and enhancing market confidence. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes scalability, speed, and quality.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring trading activities across various financial products, such as equities, ETFs, bonds, and CFDs
Analyzing surveillance alerts to detect unusual patterns
Investigating potential cases of market abuse like insider trading and manipulation
Collaborating with different teams for investigations and process improvements
Contributing to the development of trade surveillance systems
Escalating potential risks
What you'll need
Minimum 1 year of trade surveillance experience
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Capability to work effectively under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in English with outstanding communication abilities
Nice to have
Proficiency in other languages
