Compliance Specialist - Trading Surveillance

The organization requires a specialist in trading compliance to ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory requirements. This involves daily trade and market surveillance to detect irregularities, potential market abuse, or breaches of trading rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily trade and market surveillance to identify any non-compliance issues.

  • Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance teams to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.
  • Contribute to enhancing surveillance systems, controls, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in trading compliance or derivatives trading surveillance is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and exchange trading rules.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex trading data.
