Job Title: Compliance Specialist

The role of the Compliance Specialist involves overseeing organizational compliance. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs and contracts to align with legal and ethical standards.

  • Define and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and contracts.
  • Monitor customer refund, exchange, and order processes for compliance.
  • Track service requests and ensure timely and compliant resolution.

Responsibilities include overseeing customer documentation, pricing escalation, payment terms, and sales invoicing. Additionally, staff must provide accurate and compliant information regarding products, services, and pricing.

  • Oversee compliance of customer documentation and pricing.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant information is provided by staff.
  • Monitor handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure compliance.

The Compliance Specialist will work closely with leadership and other departments to ensure cohesive compliance efforts. They will also conduct regular training sessions to improve staff compliance awareness and adherence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Compliance Specialist should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar compliance role.
  • Strong ability to handle challenging situations and speak up when necessary.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
