Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our operations and maintaining robust governance structures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs across multiple subsidiaries within the ASEAN region.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate committee meetings, trainings, and reporting cycles to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Identify geo-specific risks not addressed by standard frameworks and develop tailored controls assessments to address these gaps.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience navigating complex regulatory environments, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data trends and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations for both technical specialists and non-specialist stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards identifying emerging risks.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Internal Audit, Compliance or Risk Assessment roles within a technology environment is preferred.
