Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a Trading Compliance Specialist to support our Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Department.

This role will be responsible for ensuring effective trade monitoring, market surveillance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily trade and market surveillance to detect irregularities, potential market abuse, or breaches of trading rules.
  • SUPPORT INVESTIGATIONS INTO SUSPICIOUS TRADING ACTIVITIES AND ESCALATE ISSUES WHERE REQUIRED.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of surveillance systems, controls, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trading compliance or derivatives trading surveillance is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and exchange trading rules.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex trading data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
