Learning and development assistant manager

We are assisting our client to look for a dedicated and innovative individual to join their corporate learning team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing high-impact programs to enhance leadership competencies and nurture a strong pipeline of leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Leadership Curriculum:Create an integrated leadership and people development (LPD) curriculum that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. This roadmap will guide employees through career milestones, providing targeted training that equips them with the competencies needed for current and future roles.
Collaborate with Training Consultants:Partner with external training experts to deliver world-class leadership programs. You will ensure that these programs offer maximum knowledge retention and practical application through comprehensive pre- and post-course support.
Lead Assessments and Leadership Development:Conduct leadership and behavioural assessments. Design customized leadership interventions for senior leaders to address skill gaps and prepare them for future challenges.
Develop Leadership Content:Work with senior leaders to create engaging leadership content, fostering a ‘leader-as-coach’ culture. This initiative will enhance leadership engagement and promote knowledge sharing across various levels of the organization.
Review and Improve Learning Programs:Regularly assess and update in-house continuing education programs to ensure they stay aligned with the organization's evolving needs and national workforce initiatives.
Enhance Onboarding Experience:Ensure new joiners receive an exceptional onboarding experience with a comprehensive orientation program focused on leadership and people development.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution
Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, particularly in Leadership and People Development or Talent Management
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) is a MUST
WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is an advantage
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Data analysis skills to inform and improve training outcomes
