Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers. Cook Prepare and cook food according to the menu and company standards. Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations, following hygiene guidelines. Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure stock levels are adequate. Sous Chef Lead and mentor kitchen staff, upholding hygiene and food safety standards. Prepare a wide range of dishes from hearty brunch items to fresh salads and house‐made bakes. Innovate seasonal menus and contribute to special promotions or events. Oversee food quality and consistency at every service. Barista Prepare and serve high‐quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards. Provide warm and professional customer service, ensuring an excellent guest experience. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system confidently and safely. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café environment. Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures. Stay updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage customers effectively.
