Assist in stock replenishment and follow opening/closing procedures Bartender Job Scope Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to recipes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed Sous Chef (Chinese Cuisine) Job Scope Create and adjust menus to ensure nutritional balance and variety, including adapting recipes for dietary needs or last-minute changes. Maintain proper documentation of all recipes and preparation steps. Supervise food preparation, presentation, and consistency, especially in the absence of the Head Chef. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and equipment before each shift. Manage and train kitchen staff, oversee daily operations, and enforce hygiene standards such as proper attire and food handling procedures. Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely ordering of ingredients, and oversee proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, holding staff accountable for negligence. Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to handle urgent orders or delivery changes. Address operational issues promptly and ensure responsible attendance and compliance with kitchen policies.
