Collaborating with HR and other functional teams, you will actively contribute to transformational initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing global HR workflows and processes. This role offers an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic and international team where your contributions will make a significant impact.Your responsibilities will include managing a team of two HR Operations Specialists in the APAC region, aligning priorities with business strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, providing coaching, managing individual performance and development, coordinating work plans, ensuring efficiency and quality assurance, managing continuous improvement projects, overseeing all HR operational processes in the employee lifecycle, conducting data audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, recommending and implementing HR policies, driving operational excellence, leading change management initiatives, liaising with internal departments, and collaborating with global stakeholders.We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR/People Operations role in a multinational environment. Strong leadership skills and experience working with a globally diverse population are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Workday HCM are required. A high level of English proficiency is a must, and knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.The ideal candidate will possess soft skills such as leadership, project management, results-oriented mindset, analytical and problem-solving abilities, innovation, and customer focus.
